Returns/Exchanges
We happily accept exchanges or returns within 7 days of receipt of delivery.
To approve an exchange or return please email kelpbyray@gmail.com with the details.
The item must be returned in the condition it was received in order to qualify for an exchange or refund.
We don’t accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
Please note we do not refund the shipping & the customer is responsible for return shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
