Returns Policy

Please let us know if there are any defaults or issues with your bags and we'll contact you to assist with your query.

Please note that all our products are handcrafted and slight variances may occur in each product. This will not be deemed a defect.

We only replace items if they are defected or damaged. We will handle each case individually. Once we have been in contact and your query has been approved, we will provide an address for you to return the defected or damaged item.
