Once your bag has been purchased it will be dispatched within 3-5 working days as all our items are handcrafted. Delivery time is between 2-5 working days, depending on the delivery address. The time frame for delivery to remote areas might extend slightly. 

Deliveries generally on working days, Monday-Friday between 9 am-5 pm. 

We do our best to ensure that your orders are timelessly delivered, however, delays can occur for reasons which are beyond our control.
